RCACP is pleased to be working with the Bissell Pet Foundation to for our first "Empty the Shelters," adoption event from December 1 - December 10, 2022.  We have so many wonderful animals that deserve loving, forever homes.  Please come and see us so that every animal has a loving home and leaves the shelter!
