Details Small, light brown with white paws. We are guessing that he is some kind of mix of a jack russel and a daschund. He is not fixed. He is also very friendly and is wearing a light green collar. Found by himself at one of the lookouts of the Blue Ridge Parkway. He is pretty skinny, but was in good spirits.
Location Found on the Blue Ridge Parkway south of the Peaks of Otter at the top of the mountain where you can see for miles in either direction at the look out (I can't remember the actual name of it).
