Details Collar has tag with dog's name, Heidi, and phone number, 540-521-1899. She can sit and shake. About 4 years old. Heidi is mostly black, with brown paws.
Location Found in the lot of Crossroads of Roanoke, on Route 220 beside Wal-Mart. Called the number on the tag a few times, but phone went straight to voicemail.
