Details Found this cat wondering the streets in my neighborhood meowing. Have never seen this cat before so I brought her into my yard and gave her food. A few hours later, she was still hanging around my porch in the rain so I brought her in. She appears to be a siamese and tortie x about 1 year old. She is very small and was wearing a collar without tags. This cat really does not like dogs so there will be a limited time that I can hold onto her. If you are missing a cat similar to the description and think it is yours, you must be able to correctly describe her collar.
