Details elderly black cat with white throat, white paws, cataract in left eye, right eye removed- 19 years old- not used to being outdoors. She was wobbling in the road and neighbor called animal control, afraid she had rabies. She has her vaccination so doesn't have rabies- just is deaf, blind and confused.
