BEDFORD, VA--FOUND male lab mix found today, 04/02/12, on Wilkerson Mill Rd (off of 460 in the Thaxton/Montvale area). This sweet boy is young, probably 6 months to 1 year old, weighs about 35 lbs, is black in color with some white on his chest, is very friendly, is wearing a collar that looks to be a belt that someone cut down and appears to have been neutered but not 100% sure as finder has an injury and can't bend down far enough to tell. Also has another distinguishing feature that owner should know.
